To enhance the quality of life of the Southeast Asian (SEA) community in San Joaquin County, Lao Khmu Association (LKA) assists them to overcome social and economic problems, and to become independent, self-sufficient, and effective participants in American Society. We will achieve this goal by reaching out to the communities and teaching them about the different programs that are provided by LKA or other agencies.
